Wine Down McLaren Vale ~ a cosy vineyard retreat

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay in McLaren Vale! The location was fantastic, with beautiful scenery and such a lovely atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and the stay had everything you could need, plus so many thoughtful little touches that showed they had really thought of everything. We loved the whole vibe of the place, especially the fire pit. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We honestly couldn’t recommend this stay enough and would happily stay here again and again!

Ok Positive: We really loved the house & the decor Negative: The beds squeaked terribly so we couldn’t sleep well

A wonderful retreat, we can’t wait to return to. Positive: Tranquil and feels remote yet so many amenities aren’t far to drive to. Beautifully renovated with everything provided for you to make for a very comfortable stay. Negative: A blind on the laundry door glass and the kitchen window would improve the feeling of privacy. Especially given these windows face a private access road that was used during our stay.

The property is incredibly well maintained. Thanks for an excellent stay. Will definitely be back.

Lovely accomodation surrounded by vineyards. A home away from home. Will definitely recommend! Positive: Fabulous location to access all of the delights of McLaren Vale. Enjoyed Farmers Markets/ local produce, wineries and beaches close by. Wine Down McLaren Vale accomodation was beautifully appointed with views of vineyards in all directions. Beautifully furnished bedrooms with plenty of room. The deck was well utilised! Negative: one bathroom for 6 people
